Unified modules and secondary power supply units
Power supply units are designed for operation within a computer or other radio electronics. The devices provide an opportunity to expand power capacity up to the required level in order to build multichannel power supply systems.
Main power supply of modules is performed either by one/two independent AC three-phase (one-phase) circuits with nominal voltage of 220 V and frequency 50 (400) Hz, or by one/two DC circuits with nominal voltage of 220 V, or by AC/DC circuit. Forced air cooling of modules is required. Modules are manufactured with power factor corrector, voltage range from 2 to 220 V and load current from 1 to 120 A.
Product line includes:
- UBPI-MI modules – these are 30 part types of AC/DC power supply units made in three basic modular plug-in design (width 20, 40, 60 mm) unifid as per RD V5.8548-79 standard.
- UBPI-E modules – form factor 6U Eurocard with power factor corrector:
-
- М-6ТЕ1 – multiple of 6TE width for unit step of 5.08 mm, i.e. 30.14 mm; 160 mm depth for voltage range from 2.4 to 110 V and current range from 25 to 1.5 A;
- М-14ТЕ1 – multiple of 14TE width for unit step of 5.08, i.e. 70.8 mm; 160 mm depth for voltage range from 2.4 to 220 V and current range from 120 to 2.5 A.
- 4-channel BP power supply units made in design of framework BNK-3 embedded modules according to Eurocard-19 system and GOST 28601.3 standard with voltage of 3, 3, 5, +/-12 V and current of 30, 25, 0.5 A:
-
- BP-4KE-01 with 307.86 mm depth, 40.3 mm width;
- BP-14TE1-4 with 160 mm depth, 70.8 mm width.
Converters developed by the enterprise: three-phase static converter (SPT), one-phase static converter (SPO), static converter of AC voltage (SPP), static converter for conversion of three-phase AC voltage to DC voltage (PSPZ), are unified in accordance with established circuit designs, structural and technological solutions, as well as with HW/SW tools of synchronization, monitoring, control and diagnostics.
Static converters
Static converters are designed to provide power supply for land- and sea-based radio electonics (instead of outdated electric machines of AC three-phase converter type).
SPP converters are represented in 4 types of uninterruptable power supply:
- Two input circuits – uninterruptable output voltage is provided when switching between the circuits (two independent channels for each circuit connected at the output).
- Two input circuits – uninterruptable output voltage is provided when switching between the circuits (one channel with galvanic isolation, switching between circuits is performed by means of contactors. While switching uninterruptable power supply is provided by capacitive energy storage).
- Two input circuits – output voltage loss when switching between the circuits is allowed (one channel with galvanic isolation, switching between circuits is performed by means of contactors).
- One input circuit – without uninterruptable power supply.
PSPZ – static converters for conversion of AC three-phase voltage (50 Hz, 380 V) to DC voltage. PSPZ are designed for lead-acid battery charging with direct constant voltage and current.
