- leadless solder paste coating using stencils;
- automatic or semi-automatic component insertion within the range of 01005÷50×50 mm (dimensions of a printed circuit board (PCB) – from 50×50 to 780×600 mm);
- double-side soldering in a furnace with a unique six-zone convection heating system;
- check of PCB assembly quality by means of a computer vision system with 40x zoom as well as by X-ray machine;
- moisture-protective coating in automatic mode;
- check of moisture-protective coating quality using computer vision system with ultraviolet rays;
- adjustment of PCB assemblies using special tables in screened chambers so that they can operate in SHF-band.
