System Design of Radio Electronic Warfare Systems for Ships and Radio Equipment for Engineering Structures and Facilities includes performing the range of procedures designed to provide electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic systems and electromagnetic security. It also includes all ship systems for radio electronic warfare and shipborne weapon system, onboard radio electronic equipment for guided missiles and ship-based aircrafts, radio equipment for engineering structures and sea-, coast- and land-based facilities, as well as biological security of the staff and maintenance personnel.

Range of procedures designed to provide electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic systems and electromagnetic security includes:

• computational and analytical forecast of the expected electromagnetic environment;
• determination of sources causing jamming and noise paths;
• development of structural-functional patterns of radio electronic system interaction using adhoc hardware to provide joint radio electronic protection;
• preparation of industrial as well as participation in preparation of federal regulation and procedure documents on electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic systems and electromagnetic security;
• participation in on-site testing;
• full-scale measurement of electromagnetic field parameters at the facilities;
• laboratory analysis using state-of-the-art control and measuring equipment manufactured by the leading companies;
• scientific research on electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic systems and electromagnetic security jointly with Ministry of Defence, shipbuilding companies and other industrial insitutions;
• scientific research on electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic systems and electromagnetic security jointly with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, shipbuilding companies and other industrial insitutions;
• scientific and technical as well as inspection services in the course of development of advanced shipborne systems ensuring joint radio electronic protection;
• inspection of ship, vessel and maritime engineering projects on electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic systems and electromagnetic security.
